- Excellent products. Beautiful green Pistachios, just what I have been hunting for a wedding cake I am making, defiantly no need for any artificial colouring now. I ground the pistachios to a flour for a wedding cake I was making, gave a beautiful natural green colour and delicate pistachio flavour, perfect! - Hazelnut lover and I could not get enough of it!! I found hazelnut paste to be much thinner than pistachio paste. Hazelnut by the spoon!! Sometimes with yogurt, custard or hot chocolate. I used pistachio paste with custard. Not great lover of pistachio however baklava could be one of my next experiments with the pistachio paste – Maria, 24 September 2014

- Yes the one I have used so far has been excellent. I used it for a hazelnut cheesecake and it worked perfectly. I needed a very smooth hazelnut flavour and the paste was exactly what I wanted. I haven't any experience of using any other nut pastes but, to be honest, I don't think I'd try anywhere else given how perfect yours were. I'm looking forward to trying the almond and pistachio ones next! Samantha, 27/02/2013
- I ordered two containers of hazelnut paste and I have given one away as a present to my niece. I have used part of the other one to make a hazelnut meringue gateau. This consisted of three layers of meringue containing ground hazelnuts, which I layered together with whipped cream into which I had stirred some melted some dark chocolate and also some hazelnut paste. - I used the pistachio paste to make my own gianduja; 100g paste to 200g molten dark chocolate, with a few drops of lemon oil and some lemon zest, slabbed and chopped into squares, then dipped in white chocolate and topped with the pistachios you very generously put into the order. These were only made on Sunday, and the results look like: Pistachio and Lemon. They taste incredible with a lovely pistachio spiciness and the drying effect that the raw paste has is ever so faintly there, but mellowed out. I love the colour, smell and texture the pistachio paste has, and it works very nicely with chocolate. I have yet to use the hazelnut but it will be used in a similar way; I just need to do a little experimenting to work out the best proportion of paste/chocolate. Mike Wallis, 11/12/2012

- The hazelnut truffles were amazing - we had them as a special dessert on New Year's Eve, and they went down a storm. I will be making more in a few weeks' time for my husband's birthday. In the meantime, we have enjoyed the paste i several ways - my daughter likes a small amount stirred into he coffee, and my son has put some on his vanilla ice-cream along with some chopped hazelnuts. So, we are all appreciating the paste very much. I will be back for some more once I get to the bottom of the jar. Beverly, 04/12/2012
